These terms apply when you order from kandiandco.com. By placing an order you agree to them.

1. WHO YOU'RE BUYING FROM

Kandi Co, registered in China as 武汉市武昌区安与宸电子商务营业部. Contact: hello@kandiandco.com.

2. PRODUCTS

Every piece is hand-strung to order. Because beads are assembled by hand, slight variations in bead spacing and overall length (±1–2 cm) are normal and not a fault. Colours are shown as accurately as we can, but screens vary.

3. PRICES AND CURRENCY

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include our production costs. Shipping is charged separately unless your order qualifies for free shipping (Australia: over A$85). We may change prices at any time, but not after your order is accepted.

4. ORDERS

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send the order confirmation. We may decline an order if the item is unavailable, if the personalisation text is unlawful or offensive, or if we suspect fraud.

5. PERSONALISATION AND SPELLING

You're responsible for the spelling you provide. We email you to confirm the name and neck size before production. If the finished piece doesn't match what you confirmed, we remake it free.

6. PAYMENT

Payment is taken at checkout through PayPal or our card acquirer. We don't store your card details.

7. SHIPPING, RISK AND TITLE

Production takes 3 business days. Transit times are estimates and can be affected by customs, weather and carrier delays. Risk passes to you on delivery. Import duties and taxes in the destination country are your responsibility.

8. RETURNS

Personalised items are final sale. Faulty items are repaired, remade or refunded — see our Refunds & Returns policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this site — text, images and branding — belongs to Kandi Co and may not be used without our permission.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. This does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. If you're a consumer in Australia, this does not remove any protection you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

12. CHANGES

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page when you place your order.
