We would rather answer a question than have you order the wrong size — message us before you buy and we will help you pick.

Response time
One business day, Monday to Friday. We are on UTC+8, so an evening message from Australia usually gets an answer the same night.

Sizing help
Measure around the base of your dog neck with a soft tape, then send us the number. If it lands between two sizes, tell us the breed and we will pick for you.

Order questions
Include your order number so we can find it faster.
