Production time

Every piece is strung to order. We confirm the spelling and the neck size by email, then make and pack your order within 3 business days.

Transit time (after dispatch)

• Australia — 8–12 days, tracked door to door
• New Zealand & Singapore — 8–14 days, tracked
• United States — 10–16 days, tracked
• Rest of world — 12–25 days, tracked

Shipping rates (AUD)

• Australia — A$10, free on orders over A$85
• New Zealand & Singapore — A$14, free on orders over A$85
• United States — A$20, free on orders over A$180
• Rest of world — A$26

All prices are in Australian dollars.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched. If the tracking hasn't updated within 5 business days of dispatch, contact us and we'll chase it.

Customs, duties and taxes

Orders shipped to Australia are not subject to import duty or GST at this order value, and we do not collect GST.
Orders to the United States may have import duties or customs fees payable on delivery — these are set by US Customs and are not included in your order.
Orders to other countries may be subject to local import taxes. Any such charges are the customer's responsibility.

Address changes

We can change a delivery address before your order is dispatched. Once it's on the plane we can't redirect it, so please double-check at checkout.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your tracking hasn't moved for 10 business days, email hello@kandiandco.com within 30 days of your order date and we'll open an investigation with the carrier.
