What we collect

• Your name, email address, delivery address and phone number
• Your order details, including the name you ask us to put on the collar or leash
• Payment confirmation details (we never see or store your full card number)
• Basic technical data such as IP address, device type and pages viewed

Why we collect it

• To make and deliver your order, and to contact you about spelling and sizing
• To process payment and prevent fraud
• To answer your questions and handle refunds or remakes
• To send marketing emails, only if you opted in
• To understand how the site is used so we can improve it

Who we share it with

We share only what's necessary with:

• Our payment providers (PayPal and our card acquirer) to process your payment
• Our shipping carriers and freight forwarders so they can deliver your order
• Our email and analytics providers (such as our email platform, Google Analytics and Meta) to run the store and measure traffic
• Authorities, if we're legally required to

We do not sell your personal information.

International transfers

We operate from China, and our service providers may store data in other countries including the United States and Singapore. Where your data leaves your country, we take reasonable steps to ensure it's protected.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep your cart working, remember your preferences, and measure traffic. You can block cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the store may then not work. Where required, we ask for your consent before setting non-essential cookies.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as needed for tax, accounting and warranty purposes. Marketing contact details are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

Our store runs on Shopify and payments are handled by PCI-compliant providers. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

Our store isn't intended for children, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.
